in one trade |

number one disqualifier is when someone claims they can do everything. Any applicant
who can do all trades competes with all members. In order to qualify for membership,
the applicant must be skilled in one primary trade. |
2. | Not
compete with any current members on the team |
| | In
order to form the appropriate group dynamics, the applicant must not compete with
any other member. We will verify the services listed on the applicants website
to confirm there is no overlap. |
3. | Carry
appropriate insurance and state licenses |
| Applicants
must already have any required licenses for their trade and specific insurance.
We only check liability insurance. |
4. | Full-time
occupation |
| Applicants
performing their trade on a part-time basis or as a second job will not be allowed
to join. |
5. | No
unresolved complaints |
| | We
will check the BBB to be sure there are no unresolved complaints for the applicants
company. The rating is not relavent since an A+ rating is not earned, it is purchased. |
6. | No
criminal record |
| All
applicants undergo a criminal background check. Any applicant with a criminal
record that would reflect on their honesty and ethics will not be allowed to join. |
7. | Not
listed on sex offender registry |
| | Any
applicant listed on the sex offender registry for any reason whatsoever will not
be eligible to join our team. |
8. | Look
professional |
| Applicants
must look professional to be part of our team. Any applicants with excessive tattoos,
piercings or looking really rough will not be allowed to join. |
9. | Communication

Applicants who are difficult to reach on the phone or do not return calls in a
timely basis will not be allowed to join. |
10. | Conflict
of interest |
| Applicants
who have a spouse, sibling or close relative in a trade that competes with other
members may be viewed as a conflict of interest. If the applicant agrees to refer
clients to their teammates over their relative will be allowed to join. If no
referrals result, the new member may be expelled from the group. |
