receiving an inspection report we will create a contract that itemizes every single
item on the report with exact pricing that includes materials and labor. The client
is never locked into anything. We allow them to opt out of any items they don't

will submit our contract to you within 24 hours of receiving the inspection report.
If timing is urgent, we can usually get a contract to you within 3 hours via email.

PRICING: |

Team does not mark-up or sub-contractor our contractor members. All of us bid
the repairs based on time and materials and each can be paid directly by the client.
We do not have sales people, professional estimators or middle managers. Our companies

| PHOTO
RECORD: |
| | Every
single item repaired will have a before and after photo proving to all parties
that the repair was made. No other contractors offer this service. |
| HONESTY: |
| | If
a repair cannot be made or does not need to be made, we will provide a report
explaining the reasons along with photos that should satisfy all parties. The
cost associated with that repair will be taken off the contract. |
| LICENSED
SPECIALISTS ONLY: |
| | The
majority of companies that conduct Punch List repairs operate illegally by performing
eletrical, plumbing and HVAC work without a license. Our team has all the specifically
licensed specialists needed to get any job done right. |
| TRANSFERRABLE
WARRANTY: |
| | For
a period of one-year from the completion of the work we do, the new buyers of
the home will have complete warranty coverage on all work performed. If anything
ever goes wrong, we will return promptly and rectify the problem at no cost. |

contractors on our team look professional, arrive on-time, get the job done in
the time period scheduled and we are always very polite and respectful. Upon completing
a job we walk the property with the client to be sure everything meets their satisfaction.

NOW, PAY LATER: |
| | Unless
the materials involved exceed $1000, we do not need to be paid until the loan
closes. In most cases, the entire amount of the punch list can be listed on the
HUD-1 Statement and paid from the proceeds. |
