member hands out our Member List to all their clients. These documents are usually
posted on client's refridgerators and we ask them to give them to their neighbors,
family and friends. These sheets result in nearly half the referrals of our team. |
2. | Referrals
from members |
| | As
a member, you will be programmed into the phones of all other members. When any
member hears there is a need for your service, they will directly refer that client
to you. We ask all members to get permission for the other company to call rather
than giving them a name and number. |
3. | Workorders |
| The
many realtors, property managers and past clients in our database contact us for
just about everything. On our website, workorders can be submitted by a client
and assigned to the appropriate member. We will email you these forms and handle
the communication to be sure they are taken care of quickly. |
4. | Project
requests |
| The
project request on our front page is
filled out by our past clients as well as people who find us on Google. If the
request is for a specific trade, we refer it to our member. If the request involves
multiple trades such as a renovation, we manage the job and include our members
in the project. |
5. | Realtor
Program |
| | Our
Realtor Program allows us to put a team of contractors around a Realtor. We will
put our members on their team as often as possible. The Realtor is then able to
refer all their clients to their web portal or fill out the project requests themselves. |
6. | Combined
services |
| We
encourage our members to join forces and offer combined services. When we bid
a painting job, we can automatically include the pressure washing company, landscaper
and carpenter in our exterior bids. House cleaners can include carpet cleaning.
Roofing can include a variety of home repairs. By teaming up, you offer clients
package deals they might not be able to get elsewhere. |
7. | Punchlists |

Team receives Inspection Reports on a regular basis. We are able to rapidly quote
every trade and deploy our members in a series of workorders. Our clients love
this service since we only work with specialists who are licensed and insured
in their trades. |
8. | Co-Manage
Renovations |
| If
a member brings a renovation job to the team, that member will automatically be
part of that project for the trades they wish to perform. We assign our General
Contractor and co-lead the renovation with our member. This works out to a win-win
situation for all parties involved. |
9. | Affiliate
Program |
| | Contracting
Team employs Affiliates to represent our team and actively seek out home improvement
projects for us to perform. All projects brought to us by our Affiliates are managed
by a Contracting Team contract and result in commissions being paid. In all cases,
the Affiliate will receive the official contract and be able to confirm all aspects

Realty Firms. |
10. | Designers |
| Designers
bring a lot of work to our team. We are able to create a web portal for them,
assign the contractors and manage all aspects of the jobs they bring through Contracting
Team. Designers operate in the same way as General Contractors and therefore are
treated the same. If you are a Designer and interested in being paid for the referrals
you bring to the team, please contact us. |

Profile |
| Every
member gets a website profile that is designed with key words and links to move
it high up on the search engine. Many of our clients find our team by first finding
the member's profile pages. The web profile is so complete that many members use
their profile as their main business page. |
12. | Emergency
Services |

Team has deployed a 24/7 automated attendant linked to a live answering service.
We also have a team of contractors ready 24 hours a day to respond to emergency
water/fire and vandalism calls. All our members are welcome to forward their main
line to 704-891-5188 and be able to offer their clients this emergency service.

Contracting Team is a 203K certified company with HUD and the preferred vendor
for Myers Park Mortgage, Monarch Bank and Wells Fargo. Whenever possible, we employ
our contractor members. |
14. | Angie's
List Testimonials |

Team is a member of Angie's List. Every time we refer one of our members to a
client, we submit a positive testimonial for that member. This increases our member's
ranking which leads to more work for our clients and more connections back to
our team. |
15. | Online
Ads |

regularly post ads on Craigslist listing all of the members of our team with direct
contact information. This brings in a couple jobs a week for the team and helps
get our name out to the world. |
16. | Facebook |
| | Nearly
every client that comes through Contracting Team is added to the owner's personal
Facebook page. We regularly post updates about the team, photos and provide links
to the team member sheet. This has brought in some of the largest referrals to
date. |
17. | Merchant
Services |

who do not currently accept credit cards are able to accept them through our team.
We charge a standard rate of 5% to run a charge and we give the member all of
the money within 24 hours. |
